Do You Accept Custom and Personalized Artwork Orders?
What is the Preparation and Shipping Time for Personalized Orders?
Upon receiving a final order for personalized artwork, we begin the process of creating a unique piece just for you. This personalized artwork goes through a distinct preparation and approval process, which involves various email communications. We provide several photos and short video clips of the artwork for your approval.
The entire preparation process, which includes crafting the piece, the approval process, and allowing it to dry before shipping, typically takes about 20-30 business days. We ship the paintings via FedEx or UPS, which generally takes between 5-7 business days in most countries. Therefore, you can expect your painting to arrive approximately 30-40 business days after placing the order.

We regret to inform you that personalized or custom-made artworks are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Personalized artwork undergoes a unique preparation and approval process, which includes various email communications. We provide multiple photos and short video clips of the artwork for customer approval. Once the artwork is finalized and approved, it is shipped to the customer’s address. Please note that we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for personalized artwork. Once purchased, the artwork becomes your property.
